How to order...

1. Select Mat Backing Material
Choose your mat backing and finish. If you opt for the Traditional backing, this is our highest quality matting, featuring a 100% natural traditional coir backing. Each mat is custom-sized and meticulously hand-stitched along the edges, ensuring durability and a beautiful finish. Alternatively, you can select a PVC Backing from our range of grades, carefully created to provide sturdy support for the underside of your mat.

2. Select Size of Mat**
Select a mat thickness from the drop down menu and input the width and length of the doormat size you would like to order in MILLIMETRES in the two boxes. It doesn't matter which measurement goes in each box as the mat is plain. As a guide here are the maximum sizes available for each mat thickness, both Traditional & PVC Backed:

Coir Backed Mats

  • 25mm - 2m x 10m
  • 30mm - 2m x 10m
  • 35mm - 2m x 10m
  • 40mm - 2m x 10m
  • 45mm - 2m x 10m

PVC Backed Premium Mats

  • 14mm - 2m x 12m
  • 17mm - 2m x 12m
  • 20mm - 2m x 12m
  • 24mm - 2m x 12m
  • 30mm - 2m x 10m

PVC Backed Heavy Duty Mats

  • 17mm - 2m x 10m
  • 20mm - 2m x 10m
  • 24mm - 2m x 10m

Please be aware: If you are ordering a traditional backed coir mat for use in a mat well, we highly recommend undersizing each measurement by 6mm to allow the mat to spread e.g. e.g. for a mat well measuring 1000mm x 1000mm, you should order a mat size of 994mm x 994mm..

**Please Note: these are the roll sizes available in each thickness to give you a guide. If a larger mat is required (ie: 3m x 3m) we are often able to hand stitch joins between mats. For VERY large mats, please contact us for assistance. All mats are subject to availability.

Our traditional backed hand-stitched coir doormats are incredibly durable and designed to withstand heavy foot traffic. They will have a finished, hand-stitched braided edge. If you are ordering a traditional backed coir doormat for a mat well, it's important to take into account the potential spread of the backing with continued use. To ensure a perfect fit and longevity, it's recommended to undersize each measurement by 6mm.

PVC backed coir matting is perfect for use in mat wells with raw edges and sharp corners.
