What is the returns policy?
Regrettably, we do not allow returns or process refunds for any doormats that have been personalised to your specific requirements. This includes items that have been cut or made to a particular size or feature personalisation. Returns will only be accommodated for customised products in the event of any manufacturing defects or size faults.
We accept returns of standard sized mats. It's important to keep in mind that the acceptance window for returns spans up to 14 days from the date of receipt. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) to let us know you intend to return them. All returns must be received by us within an additional 14 days once we have received the intent to return message. The shipping cost must be covered by the customer unless the product is faulty.
To initiate the return process, kindly reach out to us via email to notify us of your intention to return the item. Additionally, remember to enclose a note containing your contact details along with the returned item. Upon receiving the return, a thorough inspection of the item will be carried out, after which the cost of the item will be refunded accordingly.
