Can I collect a mat in person?

Yes, you can absolutely place an order with us for collection. If you're located nearby and would prefer to pick up your mat, simply give us a call at 01440 709328 or send us an email to organise your order. On the other hand, if you'd rather place your order through our online platform, just let us know and we'll gladly provide you with a discount code to waive the delivery fees.

If you'd like a more personal touch, feel free to visit our store during our regular opening hours (which you can check by clicking here) and our friendly staff will be more than happy to assist you with your order in person. When you visit our store, you can take home any of our pre-made mats right away, and if you're interested in our synthetic, needle punch or PVC backed coir matting, we can often cut it for you in just a few minutes while you wait.
