Delivery Details

We are committed to delivering our mats to you as quickly as possible. However, the production of some of our custom mats is very labour-intensive, especially if you require personalisation and/or hand stitching. You can see a traditional backed hand-stitched mat being made here.

With this in mind, our estimated dispatch times are as follows. It's important to note that this represents the dispatch time only, and delivery can take up to an additional 5 business days:

Delivery Pricing

We are dedicated to offering the most competitive product prices for our customers. We believe in transparency, which is why we openly display delivery costs instead of incorporating them into our product prices. While our delivery cost may be slightly higher than what you typically pay with some other retailers, we remain committed to providing exceptional service and quality products.

Our mats are often heavy, large, or irregular in size compared to many other parcels (e.g. clothing). As a result the delivery costs charged by the courier companies are slightly higher. We are continually exploring ways to optimise our shipping processes and negotiate the best possible rates with carriers to minimise the impact on our customers. We rely on a variety of courier services to accommodate the diverse range of sizes and weights of our orders. Consequently, we kindly ask for your patience in allowing up to 5 working days from dispatch for the receipt of your order. Upon booking the shipment with the appropriate courier service, we will promptly send you a dispatch email containing the tracking information for your order.
